Not sure if it's been posted yet but Verizon is selling the desktop dock for the Thunderbolt on their site for only $19.99 (the OEM one that everyone agrees is normally a bit overpriced). Go grab it while you can.

For any Xoom users, the HD speaker dock that retails for $129.99 is also only $19.99 (yes, $110 off).

I just ordered two Thunderbolt docks and the Xoom dock for only $51 (after a $12 discount that I got for some reason plus shipping).

Don't miss out!

Multi-accessory discount for 3 items is an additional 25% off. That's the extra $12.

Just ordered mine. Between the Rezound battery and this dock my Thunderbolt just keeps getting better and better.

Will it fit with the extended battery?

Yes! I just ordered mine too!

Hmmm... with the reduced price, I was slightly tempted. But, I still just can't justify the use of this dock for me as the kickstand does the job quite well and I rarely if ever use the phone to charge batteries. Instead use a Seidio Multi-function battery charger and swap out for a fully charged battery as needed. But to each their own. :) That price is definitely much, much better though as it was originally way overpriced for just a simple charging dock.

I hate taking battery out to charge. I get that looong boot. With the long boot extra apps open and I have to manually close them.
Ne benefits to using this dock, over the plug in charger? I am not interested in using if it simply adds a clock feature. TU.

Benefits? Not really.

Added convenience though depending on your usage.

I watch a lot of streaming content on my phone on a daily basis so I plug into my charger quite frequently in between since I can't use the kickstand and charge at the same time. So this will solve that issue. Also, I use my phone as my bedside clock and alarm so this'll be nice. I've used a dock for nearly every other phone I've used.

I have been wanting to try this and at full price would never consider it. Well worth it now and still able to use my corporate discount

have you ever used FASTBOOT?. (Menu --> Setting --> Power --> Fastboot.

From off to homescreen, about 20 seconds. If you are needing to do the BOOTLOADER bootup....then you need to turn it off.

I have the DOCK....I never use it, becasue I have to take off my case in order to seat in the dock.

I received a confirmation email on Sunday but it hasn't shipped yet. Anyone else get a shipping notice?

Is this also available in stores for the same price?

Can I watch streaming media while docked?

Can the dock also connect to a computer?

I do not recommend the fast boot. It will eat up the battery.

I don't mind removing my case to use the docking station. Not an issue for me. Its a personal preference
