I tried playing a video and it stopped and i got the notification "DRM license required"

Re: Thunderbolt officially Supported by Netflix

I got it from the regular market. And get the same DRM message. I guess Netflix decided to put the app out to us but didn't test it.

Re: Thunderbolt officially Supported by Netflix

I also get the DRM license required error when trying to play anything. Or after a few minutes it will kick back to the app's home screen. Is there something in the forthcoming Gingerbread update for the TB that the app is expecting and fails without it?

Edit: apparently the stock TB still lacks the drm needed for Netflix as mentioned here: http://androidforums.com/htc-thunderbolt/378504-netflix-now-market.html

4G area here also, still no go on stock 2.2 (still didnt get recent update lol)

Re: Thunderbolt officially Supported by Netflix

I tried it on WiFi and 4G, get the DRM error on stock with MR2 installed.

Wow, it's like they didn't even test it. Fails on my stock, mr2 Thunderbolt. Try to start movie, no messages, tries to start streaming, then goes back to my queue. Sucks. No matter on wifi or 4g. Sucks.

Transmitted on 4G LTE from my Thunderbolt, using Tapatalk

Re: Thunderbolt officially Supported by Netflix

It appears to be running fine for me on CM7!!!

Oh and I found it on the Market by searching for it on my phone!
