Thunderbolt reboots in 4G, 3G, 1X or WiFi?

When your Thunderbolt reboots, your data coverage is...

I wanted so badly for the Thunderbolt to work, but the issues far outweigh the benefits, took it back and got the droid charge. Not happy with how slow it is, but that's nothing a little overclocking can't fix.

Does everyone get a full reboot or a partial? I have seen my phone bring up the white HTC screen and reload the applications again but never a full reboot.

I always get a full reboot. Always at work. Hasn't happened at home. Always on 3G, not in 4G or on WiFi.

Didn't vote cause you didn't have an all of the above option. Mine reboots in 3G and 4G. Never had 1x show up and I have only used wifi a few times for short periods of time. Mine always reboots when battery hits 50% when in use and at 50% when charging it back up. Keep it plugged in as much as possible and have cut my reboots way down.

You can vote for more than one.

I've not had a reboot when connected to wifi as far as I can remember. I'm about a week away from having 4g in my area so I've always been on 3g only when I experience reboot.

Another thread brought up a good question. Are the reboots only occurring in 3G areas?

LOL - I asked the same thing weeks ago, since I'm in a 4G market (Atlanta) and have never experienced a re-boot in my market. But when I traveled to NC (Greensboro), I experienced my first (and only) re-boots.

I'll be in a 4G area all day Monday, so will be interesting to see if it reboots.

It did on the way to work this AM in the usually spot, 3G.

I voted 3G, but I get them in wifi as well. There's no 4G in the area yet but they are supposedly working on it here in Knoxville, TN.

Mine only reboots when in the car dock and after a substantial amount of time in navigation mode - around 100 miles or so.

I am not able to vote because you left out one choice- NEVER. That would be my and my wife's TB votes.

I've just started testing out my theory but I think my phone only reboot when I lock it into 3g using LTE On/Off. I still would like more time to test it to say 100% but thats what it seems like.

I reboot in 3G and 4G. In a solid 4G area but it uses so much more juice. I use the LTE on/off app. Perhaps that's part of the problem?

Only time I've noticed a reboot I was in 3G. Never rebooted in WiFi and I only got to try 4G one day when I was out of town and had no issues that day.

Well, now that I read the posts, my reboots are when going from 4G to 3G or once I'm firmly in 3G. I travel a lot through both areas.

Okay, 2 days in a row I've been able to drive back and forth from work with nav on and no reboots. This was using 4G. Never was able to do that when I turned 4g off, it would reboot either on the way there or the way back if I was locked into 4g. Not sure if 2 trips back and forth is enough to say that i've cured my reboots but it seems to help minimize them for sure.

I'm in an LTE service area but normally keep my phone on 3G for the battery life. Had three reboots over the last two days and problems with my data connection. I switched from eHRPD to Rev A today and will see how it runs over the next few days.

Why in God's name my posts go to a totally different random thread?
