With regards to the GPS issue, are you using a case as I know there are documented instances where cases will block the GPS signal...I think it is the barely there ones

Sounds like they need a company rename from "barely there" to "where the hell am I?"

A "barely there" case is the only one not transparent to GPS signal. It's like the satellites are barely there!

I have a "barely there" case and I don't know where I am.
