Thunderbolt User Manual

No, it is not a world phone. The SIM card is needed to handshake on the 4G network for data. Eventually when VoLTE is adopted, it might work in other countries.

Productivity at all offices employing longtime Thunderbolt droolers will be at an all-time low tomorrow.

Well that kept me busy for an hour.

I played with a few sense 1.0 devices and hated them. I knew that I was going to like sense 2.0 a lot.. but I am almost officially in love with sense 2.0 based on this user manual anyways. I actually might keep it rather than putting on cyanogen! Though.. I might opt for a desire z port that works with htcsense.com

Either way. That was a nice read =)

My highlights:

-Built in ringtone maker
-camera face detection
-bluetooth music sharing
-search for a the music video of a currently playing song
-flip phone over for speakerphone
-visual call waiting/switching/merging
.... Lots more.. XD

Did anyone else read the section, 'Removing the storage card while the phone is on'? It goes into a dialog about unmounting the card and such. But, how is this possible if you need to remove the battery first? By removing the battery, you much shut off the phone and thus the card is unmounted.

removing it when it is plugged in to the charger, but the battery is pulled out?

My Eris shut off when I pulled the battery whether it's plugged in or not. Could never hot swap batteries when mine was dying. I guess either my phone sucks (likely scenario) or that has changed.
