Time Off???

OK I hoping I am just missing something, but my phone says its 3:53 PM and my Moto 360 says its 3:59 PM. Doesn't the watch stay in sync with the phone? What am I missing here? please help

Also my phone was the right time just for the record.

I've noticed the times get off if you put the watch in airplane mode or it losses connection to the phone. This is the first thing I'd check. Make sure the Android Wear app is still connected to your watch.

Try a default watch face and see if the problem persists.
