Time on ASUS not correct after settings

I followed the start-up procedure:
1. smartwatch charging
2. install Android Wear app on my htc one mini
3. connect htc to internet
4. power on asus zenwatch
5. psuccessfully paired asus - htc
6. download asus zenwatch manager app on my htc
7. on asus: select the face
8. asus display an incorrect timing and date:
ex. 15:40 instead of 14:20
ex.: 24th of June instaed of 19th of June.
I found no options on asus zenwatch manager to modify time and date.
Please help!!!!

I had the same issue and it was the phone clock settings.

It had the right time. I reset the watch
