Same. Had to change my order from white to black, which I don't consider a big deal.

I got 2 emails, one for the white saying it won't be available for 2 weeks and one for the balck.

Deleted both.

This is one of the worst launches in phone history. The KEYone takes the cake but this is not all that far behind.

I'll keep watching the device though as who knows I may end up buying one after the Pixel 2 is announced.

I received my email but I am not ordering. I want the Ocean Depths and absolutely no word is available on it. For me to spend $700 up front I need to get exactly what I want. No compromises. I lived with an iPhone that had white bezels for two years and HATED it! After that I bought a black 6 and had to wait weeks for it as they were sold out. But it was worth the wait to have a phone I can actually liked looking at.

^^^Agreed. Bought Pixel XL. Returned it on 14th day. No hassel. At these price points, the phone either performs, or it goes back.
