Usually holding the power button is enough to get it to reboot normally. Have you tried that?

Hmm. Are your apps and data still available in safe mode?

Does your device have a battery you can pull?

it doesnt have a battery and all my apps arnt there it the time2 tablet i dont think you can open it .

When you are in safe mode, can you turn off the tablet normally? Or does it go into recovery mode then?
