Ting i got a fee sim and i got some questions

1. is ting any good?

2. when you activate your sim at the ting site does it get to a screen asking for payment ?

3. if you dont have to pay during activation how long be4 you get the bill ?

this is null n void about 2 weeks after this post they send an email askin if i realy wanted a free sim then they never sent it
