Tiny white spots on back of my Sprint S10+ Prism White :(

looks like I have a few white spots on back of my phone! Got it yesterday - I noticed it but I noticed the frame of the phone had plastic so I assumed plastic was on the back and would go away once I took it off.

welp - took plastic off the frame and realized there is not screen protector or plastic on the back of the phone! I keep trying to rub them away but they won't come off. I am really bummed! Looks like I need to exchange the phone unless someone can confirm there is plastic on back?

I have tried peeling the back for a min now - no success. I know phone comes with plastic back and front - that I took off - and that front has a screen protector.

anyone else have this issue? im pretty pissed.

cant -only have my phone. will try to later tonight. its lil white circles and its clearly a mfg defect. there are about 4 of them 2 near center of back and 2 near top.

thought it was a clear plastic protector...

There should have been a back piece of plastic packaging that the tab to pull it out of the box was attached to.

yeah I peeled that off - I keep trying to peel each corner to see if there maybe is another plastic but nothing. :/ almost certain it's a mfg defect. Gonna go tomorrow to replace - hopefully they have stock and that the new one doesn't have the same issue! OR DEAD PIXELS. I've also noticed screen discoloration on FB & INSTA - Videos, pics looks odd. Could just be the app needs an update but not so sure. ://////

Is it a small square decal. Some some with a small QR code sticker.

They'll definitely exchange it, already spoke to a manager. Good news! I wiped it at work and spots wouldn't go away, BUT when I got home wiped glass with windex and they came off! I'm happy again. This thing will get gross quick though especially when you try to wipe it with your hand and it won't remove certain marks. Kinda weird.

Glad you got it fixed. Nothing worse then getting your shiny new device and having issues.
