Under the "advanced" tab when setting up your widget, check "Notification"

I do see a "Notification" tab, but I do not see a notification option within the "Advanced" tab.

Which screen are you in? It sounds like you may be in the Global Settings screen.

You have to create a widget first to see the Notification option under the Advanced tab.
