tips and tricks?

Hey Anyone have any tips or tricks for non rooted sg3? I am looking for quick fixes to maximize battery and sg3 performance without extras running that should not be running.

just saw a video on this here

i personally don't have my phone yet, so i can't say if his tricks work or not...but they seem common sense enough, and i plan to try a few when I get my s3.
