Tips on using My Magazine?

I am trying out news aggregation apps, it seems flipboard is quite nice, since My Magazine is a fork of flipboard, I want to give it a shot.

Anybody has any tip on how to use it effectively to get news?

I'm wondering the same thing since I can't fully disable it. from what I've seen it looks like you can choose what kind of news you want and than go from there.

It doesn't allow selection of individual sources. Not sure if its important yet.

I tried commenting on some of the articles, it seems the comment will only stay within the flipboard system, and is not being pushed to the publisher's website.

I am wondering how others use My Magazine as well.
It seems like it could be a cool concept, but it's just lacking features, support and practicality.
For example, it is based off of flipboard, but you can't sync it with your flipboard account so you can't get all the other news feeds and steams you would follow on Flipboard.
I have set up my Twitter account with it, and while it's a appealing way to scroll through my tweets. It lacks functions such as going into the tweet, clicking links, etc. The News side of My Magazine also lacks this...
Am I just not using My Magazine right? I keep trying to go back to it and giving it a whirl. But keep getting frustrated with it.

Yup...lacks content and is one of those apps I only used when I completely bored out of my head or visiting the throne
