How would I display and verify my Pixel 4a running Android 11 has and is using a Titan M chip?

I'm not sure it's something you can "see", it's just there and does its job. Is this just a sanity check or do you need to prove it for some reason?

Hi, welcome to AC!
It has the titan chip if thats what your asking.

Yes, I have read that the 4a has the Titan M chip. I was interested in seeing that confirmed or referenced somewhere in the Android 11 interface, perhaps in about phone etc. I am surprised it can't be verified.

I'm more curious as to what the Titan M chip actually does security wise.... I've never really read much about it's actual function ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Sharing some links below that may help provide more information about Titan M.

I don't see other hardware details, e.g. CPU model in my Pixel 3 Settings. It may be that details like that are not exposed in the UI (User Interface). If a terminal app were used and a command like "lshw" were run then the output may/may not provide any obvious details for Titan M hardware. I'm assuming that the command could be run as a non-root user.
