Question Lgv20

I'm having problems with my lgv20 and my account with metro by T-Mobile. When I go to the store and hook into their Wi-Fi I can make calls but not receive them but when I hook into my wifi at home I can't place or receive calls. Is there a way to capture what settings I have in my home wifi and compare them with those to the store? Like a data dump and how to open it once I get it? Thank you for your time.

Are you still able to make and receive calls without wi-fi?

Keep in mind that this is a 10 year old phone from a company that discontinued any support whatsoever many years ago, so this might be related to the phone being far too obsolete.

I know. But all internet companies still support 4g and 4g lte and it's going to be like this at least for another 10 years at least. And no, I can't make call using Wi-Fi something wrong with it for some 2 years ago... I've been ok without making wifi calls. What do you think metro by T-Mobile wifi is different from mine at home?
