Titanium Backup issue

I did a full backup-with TB.
Now my keyboard-reverts to Google keyboard. I can change it to my preferred Go keyboard but the change does not take-I'll go right back into settings \language and input, and it reverts back to Google. It also made my home screen wallpaper revert to stock. Does merely doing a backup result in problems like this?

TiBu shouldn't change anything just doing a backup.

Mine did the same thing last week. Had to manually change everything back.

It did. I typed using my preferred keyboard, ran TB overnight, in the AM my keyboard was changed. Just odd. I wonder what else changed.

I think something else must be going on. TiB just copies file information. It doesn't overwrite anything unless you do a restore.

So being sunday TITANIUM DOES ITS backuo I wake uo to this again

Very weird. I have no idea what could cause that to happen. Does rebooting the phone cause the keyboard to revert to stock? I recall there was a problem with the Galaxy S3 that would prevent Swiftkey from sticking on reboot.

On the S3, the fix was to disable the stock Samsung keyboard with TiB. Might be worth a try for you. Do NOT do that if you use a full password lockscreen, however.

So it's Sunday and it's done it again. Is anyone else having this problem too. I'm over having to fix it every Sunday morning.
