Titanium backup not working

For some reason titaniumbackup is not working. I have re-downloaded both superuser and busy box I have checked to see if it's rooted and it is so I'm not sure what the issue is. error message is I'm not rooted or busy box is not installed.

I have run into the same thing. Titanium backup says it could not find su in system/xbin, but I checked and it is there. Does this have something to do with the tegra 3?

I also tried another su but that did not help.
