I am fairly clear on the basic use of TiBu...

Batch mode... backup all user apps + system data and then Restore all apps with data (not system data)

However... a couple quick questions:

1) What the heck is busybox? And how is it used?

2) When restoring all apps + data, is there any way to prevent all the APP2SD pop-ups? I am perfectly content with my apps on the internal memory of the phone, so this function is not needed.

Thanks in advance!

1) Busy box is an expanded command set for the linux shell in android. Basically allows you to do all the fancy/crazy stuff once you have root powers.

2) Never seen them so I wouldn't know. I'll take a peek and see what I come up with.

1) Ok, so basically, once it is installed, it just does it's thing and you do not interact with it at all?

2) Thanks, that would be great

1) yep. You got it.

2) Couldn't find anything or get it to do it. If you track down the TiBu home page it links out to a forum of some sort where you can find more specific tech support.

thanks for trying... i will check out the Ti page

Found it:

If anyone else is wondering the same thing I was (turn off the APP2SD option)

in TiBu hit soft menu key, preferences and then enable the "Force to same location" option. This will automatically put the app back where it came from (Internal or SD) instead of asking for each one.

NOTE: I am using the paid version of TiBU, so I am not sure if this option is available on the free version as well. If you are not paying for this app yet, I HIGHLY recommend getting the paid version. Just the time it saves you each time you are restoring apps (instead of having to manually confirm download EACH AND EVERY APP) is worth the 6 bucks right there
