Anyone having an issue with the Market Doctor tool? I've restored my apps after flashing a new rom and run the tool but none of the apps are showing up in 'My Apps'. I can search for it and it says I have it installed but I don't think it's going to update and what not unless i search for each and every app. When I booted into the new rom, the auto restore didn't work for some reason.

After you restored them, do they show up in your app drawer?

Try clearing data in the market app (from settings>apps).
