Tizen 4.0.0.4 out for Gear S3

I had to reset my watch this evening because of issues with Contacts not syncing, and when I was setting it up again, it told me there was a new version of the Watch OS.

It updated my Non-LTE Gear S3 Frontier to Tizon 4.0.0.4 R760XXU2ESE3.

The watch interface is refreshed a bit and it added the One UI.

Overall I like it so far, but I just put it in an hour ago. I'll play more with it tomorrow.

Oh, and they added one thing which I was always baffled was left out. Now you can enable Touch Wake Up, so you can just touch the screen to wake it up and check the time instead of using the bezel, which is also still an option.

Strange that the news isn't already out on the Internet. I couldn't find any reference to 4.0.0.4 when I just looked.

Also got the update to 4.0.0.4 and OneUI today. I am on AT&T LTE version S3 Frontier in Kansas City area.

I am having major issues with Contacts. I used to see all my contacts on the watch so I could use the contacts widget...
After recent update I only see a handful of them ??
My company uses Microsoft Outlook now so not sure if that plays a part with this issue?
Is anyone else not seeing all thier contacts since update to 4.0.0.4?
Anyone else using Microsoft Outlook Mail?

I just downloaded the update . The watch seems snappier. I'm on at&t in Texas. I have the Bluetooth only model.

after the update my battery seems to be draining very quickly I did do a reset and it is the Wi-Fi model only

I am having the battery drain issues as well. Lost 25% in 3 hours...in the 2+ years I have owed the watch I never had this happen.

My battery on my frontier seems fine. Down 16 percent in about 3.5 hours. I have a classic version as well, but I usually only wear that on the weekends. I'll try and report back on it if I remember to check this weekend.

Battery drain is no better than the previous version. I took my Gear S3 off the charger at 6am. 6.5 hours later I'm sitting at 45%. That's with bluetooth paired to my phone, wifi off and LTE enabled.
