Tizen apps

Has anybody on here tried writing a Tizen app? When you see so many watch face options it suggests to me it can't be that difficult. I've been thinking about determining what I would like to be able to do with my Neo that I can't find an app for and learning to write one myself. I work with vba for Access every day and wrote apps for dBase years ago, so think it wouldn't be too hard to learn a new programming language.
