TMo Galaxy S2 DEAD

So I got it n the 12th, after 4 days, it's dead. Tonight as I was having a msging conversation, it shut down, and refuses to restart. It wasn't hot, it wasn't acting funny, it jst shut down, like yanking the battery in the middle of typing. After that all it will do is give a 1 second vibration when the power button is pushed. No phone, No lights, no sound, nothing. completely dead other then the 1 second vibration with the power button is depressed.

Talked to Tmo, they say it is dead, it's defective go to the store and get another since it's under warrenty. Thats my plan for 11am tomorrow.

Mind you I am a very light user, the most I have done in 4 days is spend 2 hours (split up) reading ebooks on FB reader, and 25 mins of video, and calls.

Sounds like a problem with your unit.. Sucks though

I've noticed that my phone either shuts off on its own or is very sensitive to the power button being pressed while in my pocket, pants and jacket breast pocket.

I reset my phone to default settings. That seems to have corrected the issue of the phone randomly shutting down. I'm also installing all my apps slowly to see if it might have been an issue with that.

My phone did that when the battery died. When I pushed the power button it vibrated for one second but didn't turn on. Once I let it charge up a little it turned back on just fine.
