Tmo tag in notification bar

Hi, I have an s5 with t-mobile. I'd like for the t-mobile my account to always be in my notification bar so I can pull it down at any time and as a reminder to pay bill lol in the t-mobile account app, the option for it is prechecked and grayed out. Any ideas?
