Anyone finding that if you are on 5g text messages don't go thru all the time? I have to switch to LTE 3g to get it to work most of the time. Also when I am out in a 5 g area with good speeds I get no internet and I have reset all my connections.

Often, the phone will try to hold on to a weak 5g signal, rather then switching to a stronger 4g LTE signal. Known issue, and many have changed network settings to disable 5g because of this. This really shouldn't be an issue with a strong 5g signal. What phone do you have?

No issues here with none of my phones. S21 ultra, zfold³ nor my pixel pro

That happens even on my Samsung S9+ 4g LTE from time to time.
