TMobile LG G6 bogo offer

deacon33, I just want to make sure that you know that it states both phones have to be purchased in a single transaction. I think a lot of people will get denied because they did not read the terms and conditions of which there is a link to at the very bottom of that promo page next to the submit button.

There are ways around this as I stated earlier. Like I said, JOD does not allow multiple phones on a transaction but the promo clearly reads you can lease a device which is what JOD is. If you told up the receipts and stack them to make it look like one transaction that should be more than enough. This is an LG promo not T-Mobile so there will be much more room for leniency.

We purchased two yesterday in one transaction...We now have 3 G6's, one of which will be sold on Swappa once I get the refund check ;)

The two yesterday were on the same transaction...

deacon33, you did what I did and hopefully they don't change the rules because this is to good of a deal to miss.

I went to TMobile and was told the deal was taken down. I showed them that it's still on the LG website and they made it pretty clear they didn't think LG would be honoring it. I emailed LG and am waiting for a response. Obviously I'm not making a purchase until I get a verification.

I submitted through LG at 10 am this morning. I have the confirmation e-mail. If they don't honor it one of the G6's goes back to T-mo...not a big deal but I'm thinking LG will.

Not looking good but hopefully we'll get a final answer tomorrow.

I'm not going to bother calling LG tonight. I'll make the call tomorrow. I can't see how they can't honor the promotion to those of us who submitted before they pulled it.

Here is the response I received from LG:

Hi Scott, Thank you for taking time to contact LG and we really appreciate your e-mail! I hope everything is going well with you. In response to this inquiry, I'm afraid that this promotion (buy one LG G6 and get one LG G6 for free plus $500 rebate) is currently undergoing investigation and LG management is still looking into this. We will let you know once we got a word from them. We appreciate you for taking the time to communicate to us. Rest assured we’ll take this into consideration. Regretfully, LG does not currently have promotional offers for T-Mobile units aside from the following: 1. Google Home Promotion 2. Buy the LG G6 and get a FREE G Pad X 8.0 3. GET $25 GOOGLE PLAY CREDIT or 32GB MICROSD CARD WITH THE LG K20 PLUS 4. LG G6 Game Collection promo Legit information of all T-Mobile promos may be obtained from this direct link: http://www.lg.com/us/promotions/t-mobile Please accept my apologies, Scott. Regretfully, as LG only manufactures units and does not conduct sales and only helps in promoting promotions offered by carriers, we have no information or control as to an independent carrier’s promotions and offers if these are not listed on our website. I hope you understand. Should you have any other questions, please feel free and don't hesitate to contact us again via Email, Live Chat, or Phone by calling 1-800-793-8896. For any concern about phone, tablets and headsets repair request you can visit WWW.LGMOBILEREPAIR.COM. Thank you for choosing LG Electronics. Have a great day! Oh thats not good at all for the people who took advantage of the deal. If they dont uphold the deal and put it back into circulation, its going to be a fight to get T-Mobile or LG to honor it.

And if that's the case one of my G6's will go back to T-mobile as I'm within the 14 period.

Thank you for the update Scott!

Quick update:

I had called LG support on Saturday evening to get the details of the promotion before making the purchase. I just called back to see what the status of the promotion is and was told that LG HAS NOT withdrawn the promotion, contrary to reports.

Who knows what to believe? I am going to continue to call the support line daily until I either have to return the device or get confirmation on my rebate.

The promotion was pulled today from the lgrebates website:

https://www.lgrebates.com/

I hope at least they honor it for those who redeemed on LG website before it was pulled out.

EDIT: mmm it's weird it said "no offer available" above the V20/G5 promotion but I refreshed the website after a few minutes an I can see the G6 BOGO again.
