TMobile S20 Ultra registration in Members app

In the Members app your device should auto register. In my case it registered as an S20 Ultra (AT&T).

In Members click Get Help then scroll down to My Products.

What are you seeing?

Samsung support claims it's a known issue.
 
Samsung support told me the mis-identification of the device is a known issue. Also, mine wasn't showing the warranty date either when clicking on the device in the Members app. As of today the warranty expiration shows, but the phone still identifies incorrectly.
