Did anybody else get a sim card with their tmobile s22 ultra inside of the box because i didn't? Not sure if they stopped giving you that if your upgrading and expected me to use my old one.

If your an existing customer, a new sim isn't needed. If you just signed up, just go to a local t-mobile store.

I got a T-Mobile from Samsung. I open the SIM tray and didn't see a SIM card and panicked a little because I didn't see anything else in the Box. And then checked all the packing and the card fell out.

If you're moving a SIM card over, make sure it has R15 stamped on the card. The R15 card is the one you need for full 5G service on all bands and for proper carrier aggregation.

Mines from Samsung.com. I was wondering where the sim card was. My order says "partially delivered". Clicked on sim card info, says it's out for delivery. Guess it doesnt come together. :/

Old sim card for now. Ill swap over the new card tomorrow.

I'll have to go to TMO & get a new SIM. My Note 10+ is on the Sprint sim. I was hoping they sent a new one but no such luck.

I got t-mobile but from samsung. The card was not in phone box but was in shipping box loose under packing...almost didn't see.

They expect you to use your old one. Just move it over...

Sadly, I can't find my new SIM card. Can't guarantee it wasn't just thrown in the box, but I never saw it. T-Mobile is shipping a new one. In the meantime, I'm about to put my old card in, but T-Mobile support site says this:

With the device off, open the SIM card tray and insert the SIM card.
If your device didn’t come with a SIM card, just move the SIM from your old device to your new one and you’re good to go, no additional steps required.
Here's a short video to guide you through the process.
Activate the SIM card. For the best 5G experience, we don't recommend using your previous SIM card.

If your SIM card has R15 stamped on it, it's the latest 5G SIM. If not, get a new one.
