tmobile version using it in europe

Im on vodafone in Turkey. Will a tmobile note3 get 3g in europe . I was going to have my friend bring me one from the states

You should be able to get 3G if there are 3G towers, you will also get 4G if there is 4G towers.

I would 2nd guess that, from what I've heard the Note 3 is "region locked", I would do a little more research before your purchase........
