Tmobile visual vm

I have a problem with tmobile visual vm not transcribing my vm to text. I had the problem with my note 9 when it was on oreo, and now its updated to pie it's still not working. Have been in contact with tmobile about this and they can't find a fix for it. I was wondering if anyone is having the same problem??

I have tmobile , haven't had a issue.
Have you tried wiping cache and force stop the VM app?
 
I have cleared the cache, forced stopped the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tmobile said they "re-updated" my sim card. Then they said they sent it to engineering to see if they could find a fix. I'm still waiting for them to contact me back. I can listen to my vm 's but they don't convert you text anymore.

Yeah might be issue on tmobile end .
 
I am a Verizon customer, but had an unlocked phone, on which Verizon visual voicemail would not work.
I started using the Google Voice app and have never looked back. That was about 4 phones ago. GV app keeps all of your history on your Google account and will show it on every phone you use /upgrade to.
While you're waiting for T-Mo to find a solution, I recommend giving GV a whirl. You just might like it.
