To everyone with the headphone clicking

I never had the clicking. But then I downloaded the smart screen on app. Later on I'm listening to my headphones and the clicking is there. I fiddle with the jack first and it stops but then starts again

I looked at my recently downloaded apps and deleted smart screen to see if that would fix it.

It did. So I'm wondering if a lot of people put this app on before they used the headphones. Or if my reason for the clicking is different than everyone else's

Its the application. I used another app, screen notifications, that caused me the same issue. See my thread here.

In short they discover any app that monitors the proximity sensor will cause flicking sounds

THANKYOU SO F***ING MUCH!! i've had this clicking for so long and had no idea what it was from, i even got google to give me a new phone but i just put all my old aps back on.
