Moderators can't do that, only admins can add models to the list.

If you're talking about the devices available in the your Passport profile list, I don't think that list has been updated in a long time. For example, the most recent Pixel phone listed here is the Pixel 2.

Just choose 'Other' at the bottom of the list and type in your device. The list won't be updated as it will soon be going away and well, people have always been able add their own devices using the other option.
