I normally like to root my devices just to get rid of the bloatware. But I already got rid of a lot of AT&T's bloatware by simply disabling them from the Apps menu. Another good reason to root is to use apps like Titanium Backup. But Helium looks like a pretty good alternative without rooting.
Besides flashing new ROM's, is there any other reason to root the HTC One?
