Might try a new launcher since LG has no decent clock widgets

You can get that without bothering to change your launcher. There are a ton of good widget apps in the Play Store.... Like Beautiful Widgets, Zooper, Chronus, etc...

I use high contrast theme aka the halloween theme if anybody knows of a good dark theme thats not to halloween that be great

Avoid Zooper, they don't exist any more. You can still download it but there is zero support for it. I use kwgt for my clock, blows Zooper out of the water.
