Ok, i KNOW i have seen the answer somewhere, have searched (both using the forum search and google) and there are just SOOOO many threads (which most have nothing to do with the answer i am looking for....)

So... could someone please tell me...

If i have done the OTA update and used the unRevoked root method, but now want to fully root with Toast's method... What do i have to do?

Not looking for root instructions, just need to know if the enrevoked did anything that wont be fixed by a reboot, and if i need to revert to the build previous to the OTA update before i root...

TIA

The ota is fine. Don't get in the habit if flashing them though if you want to keep root.

As for unrevoked I'd think you should be fine. I'd uninstall it and reboot first but toasts method works in a different way and wipes your device. Don't forget to do the second party to unlock nand.

Worse case, flash the sprint ruu and redo toast.

coo.. yeah.. i usually dont do OTA's but i knew it would be a few before i started flashing custom roms and wanted the benefits that the OTA

My mistake was really underestimating the dev community and what they are doing with this device so quickly!!

THANKS for your help!!
