Question Today's phones

Today's phones like s23 series, oppo find x6, or all the latest phones? When daily fast charge from 0 to 100, it won't be damage? It won't be overheat? As the latest phones comes with cooling to prevent overheat during fast charge? It can last more than 2yrs?

I would typically like to charge the phone normally with some fast charging but I do not like to let the battery run down to zero.. if you want to preserve the phone's battery usually charging between 15% and 85% is the best way to keep battery health on the newer phones
