Toggles in notifications menu

Is there any way to edit the toggles in the pull down notifications menu? I'd like to add and delete toggles, or delete the native one altogether and replace with something from the app store (like Notification Toggle).

Not without root. There's definitely a way to change it as someone at XDA added the wifi toggle back.
