Too low volume

Hi my tab is samsung galaxy tab 4. The problem is that the volume on the speaker is too low even when it's on 100%.
But when i put on my headphones its just fine! Please help me

I keep getting warnings about loud speakers damaging ears.

I found an external speaker that uses both bluetooth and rca cable. Couldn't hear the announcers on At Bat. Still get the warning, but turn the speaker up and sound down on the tab.
