AC Question
My Samsung Galaxy Note Edge died while listening to music at 15% below. After a while, I charged my phone and decided to turn it on while charging. Then the phone's taking too long to be on so I removed the battery and turn on the phone a few times before the installing updates thing came out of nowhere. An "Unfortunately, Cocktailbar service has been stopped." appeared on the lock screen, pressed 'OK' and unlocked my phone as normal.
After unlocking my phone, another "Unfortunately, Cocktailbar service has been stopped." appeared yet it takes too long to close the pop-up then another pop-up "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has been stopped appeared" and "Unfortunately, the KLMS agent has been stopped" appeared. Every time I pressed 'OK', the pop-ups kept on appearing.
My lock screen and home screen were intact, yet when I open the Gallery a pop-up "Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has been stopped." also pops up along with the cocktailbar service and com.android.phone. Also, when I opened the messages, it displays for a few seconds before closing and I received multiple messages containing the same text (20+ messages JUST FOR THE SAME TEXT!)
I tried connecting my phone if I could still get my files, but it takes too long before a pop-up that my phone is not connected to the PC! Looks like I won't be recovering my files as well as my contacts.
Any advice? Could it still be fixed or should I get a new phone?
