So I have been fighting these for some time now. I get the two listed in the title and I also get a re-direct to the internet for Ads.glispa.com which will then re-direct to the google app store to download a game. These are very annoying obviously. If I am doing nothing they just pop up on my home screen or they interrupt whatever I am doing. I haven't downloaded any new apps in some time so it's very frustrating. The only thing that has seemed to stop it was that I downloaded (from the app store), No Root Firewall. This is fine and works very well, but I would really just like to find the root cause and eliminate it. I have tried all the air push detectors and such and none of these apps detect anything. I was wondering if there has been any concrete finds from anyone lately since all the searches I have done haven't given me a clear answer as to how to find it and get rid of it.

thanks for any assistance!

Welcome to the forums.
When this happens do you get any notifications in the status bar?

I do not get any notifications in the status bar. I've tried the long press on the pop up and that doesn't give me anything.

Try Airpush OptOut. It is on Play. That might help. Click I do not want ads, and you have to keep the app on the phone, but it is only 700K of memory, so tiny file.

I looked for this app on play but there appears to be a japanese version which I cannot read. So I can't tell exactly what it is.

I checked, and there is a manual optout on their site: Opt-out | Airpush | Mobile Ads Redefined
They have instructions on how to manually opt out.

That didn't do anything. I actually wound up with a new add I had never seen after doing this one. So I unistalled it.

I've been allowing certain apps through the firewall one at a time and waiting to see what happens. So far I think it may be coming through Minecraft. When I allow it to get through it's when I see the "speed up my phone" pop up. I also think CSR Racing might be a problem as well. Gonna allow them through again and see what happens just to be sure.

So I allowed Minecraft through the firewall last night and got the "Top apps of the day" , "Speed up your phone," and a new one that says my phone was low on memory, from a website that was android.us or something like that.

And I just want to add that even though I haven't played Minecraft the firewall is showing that it's is trying to access my phone. Gonna allow CSR Racing and see what happens today.

It looks like the problem was Minecraft. I uninstalled it, then turned off the firewall and so far nothing. I have also re-installed Minecraft and haven't had any problems as of yet.
