my HTC recently decided that the top part of it won't respond to touch except in google apps - playstore, gmail, google photos, settings work fine BUT homescreen, any other apps don't work.
I tried the HTC diagnostics for screen test and I can only draw a line to about 1.5cm from the top - exactly where menus would be. I tested with another screen test app and got the same result.
I've already rebooted, factory reset, even flashed with Viper ROM and it still doesn't work
any ideas?
