Top speaker stopped working

[AC Question]

Hello, I bought a HTC ONE m8 three weeks ago, and I just finished talking to my brother in the phone, and litterally 5 seconds later, I got a call, but couldn't hear anyone on the other side. I never put my phone down in between, but somehow the top speaker shut down business. I tested with music just to verify that it was the speaker. I have tried reseting the phone (factory reset) but still not working. What to do now??
