Yes its possible but it will drain your battery pretty fast unless you are on wifi. The program is called andtorrent I believe

it is kind of like a zip file. you can download applications, programs, music albums. and it is downloaded similiarly to a P2P network such as limewire, or kazaa

Don't let your carrier find out (if you use it on 3g/4g). They won't be too pleased. Chances of them finding out are slim, but you never know.
