im switching back to straight talk and found someone willing to trade their at&t note ll for my sprint note ll. i'm having a slight problem. i cant delete all my data and personal info off the phone. it still shows my phone number and name to the phone. i've done a complete factory reset. i dont get it. how can i completely delete everything off the phone? will rooting do this for me? how can i completely erase everything off the phone except the os? i guess, i need to figure out how to do this as an admin. manually go in there and delete active account off phone.

If it's a sprint phone one way you may be able to delete your number is by getting the msl code for your phone and editing the number from the ## programming menu and just putting a fake number in there and saving it.
