Total Disaster

Went to pickup Verizon pre-order of S6 Edge this afternoon, (1) verizon couldn't activate the phone (2) front screen had bubble in it, located just under where the card goes, and about 1/4" from the edge near the volume buttons. Verizon had to reactivate my S5, which will not receive calls, sends to voicemail after 2 rings, and drops call when making call after two rings. A another phone is supposedly on its way.
