total dissatisfaction with Samsung direct

Placed my order for ATT 512gb one 8/12. Received October 1st. No promotion offered. Samsung told me I was "too late". I didn't buy for promotion but man they suck regarding service.

Samsung didn't expect the 512gb version to sell out as fast as they did. From what I've read. More people bought the 512gb over the 128. So everyone got put in back order
