Try this and see what you get.

On your phone, open Samsung Health.
Touch the 3 dots in the top right corner.
Open Settings.
Scroll down to Download Personal Data.
Download.

I've not downloaded my data, so I have no idea if this will give you what you want.

When I go into my cycling list on Samsung Health, and select "months" it gives me the total of my rides for the month. So you should at least be able to just add up the months.
