Touch board sttoped in my s6

[AC Question]

I turn on the face touch then i lost the control of my phone no touch screen work no finger print works
i can't unlock it and it always show a blue Square surrounded the screen ando i use all face moves and it always gives me the message : unable to recognize your face
do you think restting the device with end this???

yeah I think factory reset will solve the problem.
