Touch Limitations

Is there a way to get rid/pass the limited numbers of screen touches?
I was playing with Apple's Carplay this weekend and they don't have anything like that which was actually really nice to be able to look for a certain song at a stop light or while parked getting ready to leave.

Nope. Unfortunately, this is how Google decided to design their app thinking it would be safer on the road.
