Touch not responding

Hi guys, suddenly the touchscreen on my ZenWatch is not responding, I've tried every possible solution posted online and nothing seems to work, I'm really desperate and annoyed here, any ideas? Have I lost the watch forever? Thanks people.

I would first try cleaning the screen with just plain water, no soap... And only a little water, don't need too much.

Next, I would try holding in the button on the back of the ZenWatch for 15-20 seconds, this should restart the watch.

Finally, if nothing else works... Contact Asus support here : http://www.asus.com/US/ZenWatch/ASUS_ZenWatch_WI500Q/HelpDesk/

Sadly, not that I know of .

If nothing else works, I'd try contacting Asus support.
